Foody, has designed and manages the website (henceforth the “Website”) and the relevant mobile phone application (henceforth the “Application”), as well as any information or data (e.g. documents, files, texts, graphs) included thereto, henceforth the “Material”. Foody provides the platform on which the consumers/users (henceforth the “Users”) can purchase food and other products and goods from Foody’s cooperating businesses, as well as possible delivery services either from the relevant Partner or Foody, as applicable.

The use of the Website and Application, the services offered thereunder, and the Material shall be subject to these Terms of Use as in force from time to time, that form the agreement between the Company and any person visiting the Website and Application in connection to their use. Indicatively and not restrictively, suspicious activity on a user’s account that could lead to its deactivation/deletion or could result to the restriction of the services provided by the Company could be considered the following: use of inaccurate personal data, frequent disputes of online payment transactions, the receipt of official requests by law enforcement authorities for the provision of evidence regarding illegal online activity or the receipt of a notification from a bank/payment institution regarding unusual activity, stolen or lost means of payment. For the above cases, the Company informs the user by any appropriate means and at its discretion, to the extent possible and provided that such notification does not conflict with objectively justified security reasons or is not prohibited by the existing european or national legislation.

The cooperating restaurants, food and drink stores and other commercial businesses shall be responsible for the preparation, condition, and quality of the products. The cooperating businesses shall be responsible for your order delivery in case this is performed by them. Foody shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of your contractual relationship with the cooperating businesses, namely the relevant company selling the products. The company data of these companies are mentioned in our Website and Application and the receipts for the retail sale of products received at order delivery.

The cooperating restaurants, food and drink stores and other commercial businesses are Controllers exclusively and solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering the orders in case these are performed by them.


When placing your order through this website, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard that support electronic payments).

Payment will take you to JCC Secure Payments Systems to enter your payment card details. JCC is the leading Cypriot organisation in the card-processing busines located in Stadiou 1, 1500 Nicosia, Cyprus.

All online payment transactions re made in euros (€).

The payment process is completely safe. Payment is not made on this website, but the user is transferred to a secure JCC payment server.

Mariandy Hotel is not allowed to get and keep the credit card details.
After payment, the purchase with the name << BILLING DESCRIPTOR >> will appear on your bank statement.

Refund policy

After completing your order, you will receive the payment receipt, with the details of your transaction. Proof of payment is proof that you paid for your online order. For the order of the products, you will receive a retail receipt from the store. Currently, we do not support invoices.

For orders that have been canceled within one calendar day from their completion, the full amount paid electronically will be released automatically. For orders that have been canceled after the end of the first calendar day from their completion, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with Adyen operating rules. For modified orders, reducing the total amount of the order, there will be a partial refund equal to the difference between the amount paid and the new final order amount.

Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd. will process and complete refunds based on the process and within the timeframe set out on the “Online Payment Questions” page, however it is possible that the bank or any other payment processor may require additional time. Thus, the changes in your account resulting from the refund process will be visible after a few days.

Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd. is responsible for the immediate transmission of the order to the restaurant which is responsible for its acceptance and preparation. The non-service of the order consists in the non-delivery of the order by the restaurant after finding a lack of product or the inability of the restaurant to serve the order and therefore the inability to complete the order and in no case means the dissatisfaction of the customer with the quality of the product, unless the quality is subject to health violations.

Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd. will not refund the amount of the order, when the order was not delivered to you due to excessive waiting time. The time limit within which the distributor is obliged to wait for the delivery of the order is five minutes from the moment when you will be informed that the distributor is at the delivery address.
